Private Bank in Mauritius
Warwyck Private Bank Ltd is the first Private Bank established in Mauritius. The vision of the founding shareholders was to build a bank fashioned on the Swiss private banking model which offers exclusive private banking services and wealth management.
The client acquired one of Mauritius’ finest historic buildings which dates back to the 19th century. It is an outstanding example of the colonial architecture that was introduced by the French settlers shortly after the Dutch had left the island. Like most of the famous Mauritian historic buildings, it was originally conceived as an elegant plantation house with vaulted ceilings and shaded wrap-around verandas that were designed to keep residents cool and dry.
The architecture includes a modern office building that contrasts harmoniously with the original wooden colonial building and the lush tropical environment, making it a unique bank of its style on the Island.
We have been coordinating the work of all consultants (QS, PM, Architecte, MEP designers, ID, landscape architect) and contractors, in order to make sure the program was delivered on time, as per budget and will allow Warwyck to be unique in Mauritius.
We used our expertise in sourcing to supply and propose most of the furniture in Vietnam.
We wish the bank and all their dedicated staffs a great future.
